This payment is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, it is at Double Exposure Photography’s discretion and availability whether funds may transfer to other photographic services.
Final balance must be paid in full 20 weeks prior to the event which will not be refunded if cancelled by the client within the 20 weeks before the event; it is at Double Exposure Photography’s discretion and availability whether funds may transfer to other photographic services.
If Double Exposure Photography’s cancel for emergency reasons they will be either replaced by another photographer or the clients payments will be refunded in full.
Completed photographs are to be delivered to the client no later than 14 weeks after the event date, subject to products availability.
The Double Exposure Photography’s may charge addition fees for extra expenses including: travel costs, accommodation and parking.
This will be discussed and agreed upon, between the client and the photographer.
The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the photographers direction. The photographer shall not be responsible for photos not taken as a result of the clients’ failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation, or not following the discussed time schedule between the client and the photographer.
It is at Double Exposure Photography’s discretion for changes to this agreement due to inclement weather; this will be discussed and agreed with client at the time.
Double Exposure Photography retains the copyright to all photographs, and hereby grants the client only unlimited exclusive rights to use and reproduce the photographs for personal use.
Clients must ask permission to upload photos to social media or web sites.
All photos used on the internet must be watermarked with Double Exposure Photography for copyright purposes.
